REGIONAL COALITION COORDINATOR @ TRUE CHARITY
True Charity is leading a nationwide movement of churches and nonprofits dedicated to effective, dignity-preserving solutions to poverty. Our organization focuses on moving beyond traditional handouts that often create dependency, working instead to empower individuals toward self-sufficiency and creating lasting change within their local communities. As we expand our reach in Southeast Georgia, we seek a professional to represent our principles and foster collaboration among key community stakeholders. This role is essential in identifying and overcoming barriers to effective charity while aligning local efforts with our national mission. This position offers compensation up to $75,000 per year depending on experience along with excellent benefits. The successful candidate will build relationships with nonprofit and church leaders, develop subject matter expertise through our specialized training, and organize educational opportunities such as book clubs and webinars. You will meet weekly with the national team to analyze progress and support the annual True Charity Summit, ensuring that the Southeast Georgia coalition remains a vital part of our growing network.
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Poverty relief experience
Excellence in oral and written presentation
Excellence in administration and task management
Proficiency in internet use, MS Office products, and Google Workspace
Ability to build relationships with key nonprofit, church, and community leaders
Capability to develop subject matter expertise through True Charity training
Experience in identifying systemic barriers to movement toward effective charity
Skill in organizing local educational opportunities like discussion groups and speaking engagements
Commitment to attending and supporting the annual True Charity Summit
