Key Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate in B.Tech, BCA, or MCA (CS/IT specialization).
Must maintain a minimum academic performance of 7.5 CGPA or equivalent.
Strong foundational knowledge in at least one programming language: C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and database fundamentals.
Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with active participation in competitive programming platforms like CodeChef or LeetCode.
Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and algorithmic thinking.
Proficiency with version control tools such as Git and GitHub.
Passion for exploring AI tools and staying updated with modern software development practices.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-optimized code for production-level development.
Excellent communication skills for participating in technical discussions and code reviews.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Noida for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
