SR. HR EXECUTIVE (FACTORY HR) @ TPL PLASTECH LTD
TPL Plastech Ltd is looking for a dedicated Sr. HR Executive to join our team at the Vizag plant. This role is designed for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and is ready to oversee critical factory HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources activities at the plant level, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The compensation for this role is mentioned as up to ₹5 LPA.
The candidate will focus on payroll management, statutory compliance, and safety coordination within the facility. Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is required to effectively interact with the workforce. In addition to core HR duties, the role involves administration and facility management tasks. We invite qualified professionals with at least three years of experience to visit our industrial park location in Auto Nagar for a walk-in interview between April 8th and April 15th, 2026.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR operations.
Proven experience in Payroll Management.
Knowledge of Statutory Compliance including PF and ESIC.
Deep understanding of Indian Labour Laws.
Background in Factory HR Operations.
Ability to handle Administration and Facility Management.
Experience in Safety and Compliance Coordination.
Fluency in the Telugu language.
Fluency in the Hindi language.
Fluency in the English language.
Ability to work on-site at the Vizag plant.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
