The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all export-related paperwork, making direct bookings with shipping lines, and ensuring that all logistical steps are followed to maintain efficient operations.
In addition to documentation, the role emphasizes strong client relationship management. Executives are expected to prepare Bills of Lading, generate invoices, and provide consistent updates to clients regarding their cargo's readiness and shipment status. This role requires a professional who can thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and customer service.

Key Requirements
1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding.
Expertise in handling sea export documentation.
Experience coordinating bookings with shipping lines.
Ability to prepare Bills of Lading (BLs) and invoices.
Strong client communication and relationship management.
Very good command of English (spoken and written).
Exceptional attention to detail.
Time management skills for fast-paced operations.
Proficiency in office productivity software.
Understanding of maritime transport and export procedures.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations.
