ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXECUTIVE @ TIFFANY CARGO
The Accounts Receivable Executive is a vital part of the finance team at Tiffany Cargo, responsible for managing the entire collection cycle and maintaining a low Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). The role involves issuing invoices, applying receipts correctly, and performing monthly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of all financial records.
Communication is a key component of this role, as the executive must follow up on outstanding balances and resolve customer disputes in coordination with the B2B team. The position requires a candidate who can professionally draft emails and reports in both Arabic and English, ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting audit requirements while working under pressure.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Efficient operation of ERP Systems.
Ability to draft professional emails and reports in Arabic and English.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Freight Forwarding.
Ability to manage the entire collection cycle and reduce DSO.
Experience in reconciling customer accounts and resolving disputes.
Familiarity with monthly AR closing entries and reports.
Capability to support internal and external audits.
