ETL QA TESTER @ THRIVE SOLUTIONS
Thrive Solutions is seeking a highly skilled ETL QA Tester to join our growing team. This is a full-time, work-from-home (WFH) position specifically for candidates based in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating data integrity and ensuring the accuracy of complex ETL workflows. This role requires alignment with U.S. business hours, meaning the candidate must be comfortable working a night shift schedule.

You will be tasked with performing manual ETL testing, analyzing source-to-target mappings, and utilizing SQL for data validation. Experience with API testing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Veeva is a significant advantage. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Manual ETL Tester or similar data testing role
Strong understanding of source-to-target mappings and ETL workflows
Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and validation
Experience testing APIs using Postman or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
Experience with Salesforce, Veeva CRM, or Salesforce Vault is a strong advantage
Ability to work U.S. business hours / night shift schedule
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote/WFH environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
