USIT BENCH SALES RECRUITER (NIGHT SHIFT) @ THE INSIGHT HUB INC.
The Insight Hub Inc. is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as a USIT Bench Sales Recruiter. We are looking for both freshers and experienced candidates (up to 2 years of experience) who possess excellent communication skills, a strong passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain a robust vendor network. This role operates during the Night Shift to effectively align with the US time zone, focusing on placing IT consultants who are currently on the 'bench' (not assigned to a project).
The primary responsibilities will involve marketing bench consultants to immediate client requirements and collaborating with US IT vendors. Successful candidates must be proactive in generating leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a high rate of placement for skilled IT professionals across various technologies. Key Requirements
0-2 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales or relevant sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to develop and maintain a strong vendor network.
Passion for sales and achieving targets.
Must be willing to work Night Shift hours to align with US time zones.
Proficient in using job portals and databases (e.g., Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge of various IT technologies and domains (e.g., Cloud, Data Science, DevOps).
Ability to handle pressure and meet placement deadlines.
