CSR LEAD GENERATION HEAD @ THE WISHING FACTORY
This is a high ownership leadership role focused on driving critical CSR fundraising initiatives for the organization. The CSR Lead Generation Head is responsible for formulating and executing the CSR lead generation and donor acquisition strategy, which is vital for building strong, sustainable funding pipelines. Key responsibilities include leading corporate outreach efforts, managing proposal pitching and closures, and ensuring the end-to-end execution of partnerships from initial pitch through successful delivery. A crucial aspect of this position involves fostering and maintaining robust relationships with CSR heads to convert initial interest into long-term, impactful collaborations. This role demands a full-time commitment, working from the office location in Dadar, Mumbai.The ideal candidate must possess 2 to 4 years of proven experience within the CSR or NGO ecosystem, demonstrating a deep understanding of how to build and sustain effective funding mechanisms. This role contributes directly to the organization's mission to power essential healthcare, awareness, and education initiatives benefiting Thalassemia Warriors across India. Success in this position requires a leader with strategic vision and exceptional execution capabilities, ready to take immediate ownership of fundraising outcomes.
