Key Requirements
LLB Degree
Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
Strong Banking Law experience
Drafting of facility & loan agreements
Drafting of suretyships
Non-litigious work with banks
Exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Proficiency in South African commercial law and regulations
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
