HR INTERNSHIP @ THE GAO GROUP
The GAO Group is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join their dynamic, high-tech team in a fully remote capacity. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition by helping to find and vet candidates on a global scale. You will also participate in employee engagement and onboarding processes, contributing to the overall success of the human resources department and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on various HR projects, including process optimization and the implementation of HR analytics. Key Requirements
Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
