US RECRUITERS (8 POSITIONS) @ TGC STAFFING
TGC Staffing is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our growing team as US Recruiters in Ahmedabad. We have a total of 8 openings, including 2 specialized Healthcare Recruiters and 6 IT & Non-IT Recruiters. For the Healthcare roles, candidates must have mandatory experience in healthcare recruitment and a strong understanding of US healthcare professional roles. For the IT and Non-IT roles, candidates must possess RPO experience, exceptional sourcing abilities, and strong client handling skills to succeed in the competitive US market.
The positions are based in KP Epitome, Makarba, Ahmedabad, and follow a night shift schedule from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM to align with US market hours. This is a 5-day working week offering a dynamic and growth-oriented work environment. We are looking for immediate joiners with 1 to 3 years of experience who are ready to take on an international opportunity. Potential work locations include KP Epitome and the Makarba district within Ahmedabad.

Key Requirements
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Mandatory healthcare recruitment experience for specialized healthcare roles.
Strong understanding of US Healthcare industry and professional roles.
Proven experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
Exceptional sourcing skills using various platforms and databases.
Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
Hands-on experience and familiarity with the US market.
Ability to work consistently in US Market night shifts (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Capacity to work effectively in a dynamic and growth-oriented team environment.
