TGC Staffing is seeking a dynamic and experienced US Recruiter to join our growing team. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening to conducting interviews, extending offers, and providing onboarding support. You will be responsible for handling a diverse range of roles, including IT, Non-IT, Engineering, and Light Industrial positions, ensuring high-quality standards are met even in high-volume hiring scenarios. Working closely with US-based hiring managers, you will be expected to meet SLA and TAT targets consistently while utilizing top platforms like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of US visa types such as H1B, Green Card, and USC, along with various tax terms like W2, C2C, and 1099. In addition to sourcing and screening, you will handle offer negotiations and maintain detailed recruitment reports through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). This position is based in Ahmedabad and requires working night shifts to align with US business hours. Key Requirements
2–3 years of US Recruitment experience (RPO).
Strong exposure to IT & Non-IT hiring.
Experience in Engineering & Light Industrial hiring preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working night shifts (06:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
Proven ability to execute high-volume/bulk hiring with quality control.
Proficiency in sourcing through Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
In-depth knowledge of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Experience in offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Ability to maintain ATS trackers and generate recruitment reports.
