HEALTHCARE DATA MODELER @ TESTINGXPERTS
The Healthcare Data Modeler will be responsible for designing and implementing complex data models specifically tailored for the healthcare domain. This critical remote role requires a seasoned professional with over 12 years of hands-on experience in managing and structuring vast amounts of sensitive healthcare data. A key requirement is substantial expertise utilizing data sourced from leading Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring data integrity, interoperability, and regulatory compliance. Key Requirements
12+ years of experience in data modeling and architecture.
Must have extensive experience with healthcare data derived from leading EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems.
Deep understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT).
Proficiency in data modeling techniques (conceptual, logical, physical).
Strong experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres).
Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
Ability to design and implement robust, scalable data models for healthcare analytics.
Knowledge of data governance and security practices, especially HIPAA compliance.
Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and technical stakeholders.
Experience with large-scale data migration and integration projects.
Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
