SCRUM MASTER @ TEKWINGS
We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master for a hybrid role located in Austin, TX, supporting the State of Texas on enterprise data, analytics, and modernization initiatives. The successful candidate will lead Agile teams through various ceremonies including Sprint Planning, daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. This position requires a professional who is adept at removing impediments, coaching teams towards higher performance, and tracking critical metrics such as velocity and sprint delivery.
The ideal candidate should possess over 14 years of total IT experience, specifically within State or Government technology sectors and Public Healthcare environments. Key Requirements
Minimum 14 years of total professional IT experience
Must be local to the Austin Metro Area
Ability to work in a hybrid model (Onsite and Telework)
Must be open for an in-person interview
Active Texas Driver's License required
Valid LinkedIn profile ID required
Extensive experience with State or Government technology projects
Prior Public Healthcare client experience required
Scrum Certifications such as CSM or PSM are preferred
Strong expertise in Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Proficiency in Jira and other standard Agile tools
Expertise in removing team impediments and coaching teams
Experience tracking velocity, sprint metrics, and delivery
Experience managing enterprise or large-scale IT programs
