Key Requirements
Prior QA or sales auditing experience preferred
Strong communication & analytical skills
Ability to give clear and actionable feedback
Good command of English (written & verbal)
Detail-oriented with strong reporting skills
Proficiency in monitoring and evaluating sales calls
Ability to analyze sales chats and leads for quality assurance
Experience in maintaining QA reports and performance metrics
Knowledge of sales compliance and company processes
Competency in using CRM software to track performance
