SALESFORCE DEVELOPER (PD1 CERTIFIED) @ TEKLEADS LLC
We are actively seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with an active PD1 Certification to join our team in Hartford, CT. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring the highest code quality through automated testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly with Apex, Java, and JavaScript, and will be responsible for building advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC). This is a hands-on development role that requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving within an Agile or SAFe environment. Candidates must be local to Hartford as no relocation is provided.
Beyond core development, the successful candidate will perform robust automation testing using Selenium to validate Salesforce applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and offshore teams to maintain version control and implement CI/CD best practices. Candidates should be proficient with Force.com IDE, ANT, and Apex Data Loader. Preferred experience includes familiarity with IVR technologies like Avaya or Cisco, as well as proficiency with tools like GitHub, RTC, and AutoRABIT. This position is strictly for USC or GC holders on a W2 basis.

Key Requirements
Active Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification is mandatory.
At least 7 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
Strong hands-on expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, and SOQL.
Experience with Visualforce Pages, Workflows, and Validation Rules.
Proficiency in designing Dashboards, Custom Objects, and Email Templates.
Minimum 1 year of experience building and enhancing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
5–7 years of automation testing experience using Selenium specifically for Salesforce.
Hands-on experience with Force.com IDE, ANT, Apex Data Loader, and AutoRABIT.
Strong programming skills in Core Java and JavaScript.
Experience with version control and CI/CD tools such as GitHub or RTC.
Ability to collaborate with offshore teams in Agile/SAFe environments.
