Tek Inspirations is actively seeking highly motivated Fresher and Experienced HR Recruiters to join our dynamic and supportive team based in Meerut, India. We currently have 20 immediate openings available, and we are looking for candidates who can join us starting this coming Monday. This is an excellent opportunity to either kickstart or significantly grow your career within the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition domain. The primary responsibility will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for various roles within the organization. The work location is specified as C-26, Sector 1, East Rithani, Shatabdi Nagar, Meerut.
Candidates must possess a Graduate degree in any stream; please note that individuals currently pursuing graduation or post-graduation will not be considered for these positions. Exceptional communication skills are mandatory for success in this role, facilitating effective interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders. The working schedule is a fixed Day Shift, operating Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a fixed Sunday off. Key Requirements
Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., B.Tech, etc.).
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Immediate joiners preferred (able to start on Monday).
Must not be currently pursuing graduation or post-graduation.
Ability to work a fixed Day Shift (Mon-Sat, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates using various job portals and social media.
Experience in conducting initial rounds of interviews and screening assessments.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills essential for candidate management.
Ability to manage a high volume of recruitment tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
Knowledge of basic HR processes, labor laws, and documentation standards.
