HR IMMIGRATION EXECUTIVE @ TEKHOPS
Tekhops is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Immigration Executive to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This onsite role, located near the JNTU Metro Station, focuses on managing comprehensive US immigration processes and ensuring strict compliance with federal regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various visa categories, including H1B, OPT, and CPT, as well as handling Green Card documentation and LCA filings. Beyond technical visa processing, the HR Immigration Executive will act as a primary liaison between employees, legal attorneys, and external vendors to facilitate smooth global mobility. We offer a structured work week from Monday to Friday with weekends off, providing a supportive environment for career growth in the international HR sector. Key Requirements
2 to 4 years of professional experience in HR or Immigration support.
In-depth knowledge of US Immigration processes including H1B, OPT, CPT, LCA, and Green Cards.
Strong understanding of US Immigration compliance and federal regulations.
Proven ability to manage complex immigration documentation and filing timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with attorneys and employees.
High level of detail-orientation and strong organizational capabilities.
Experience collaborating with external vendors and legal counsel.
Ability to track visa statuses and maintain accurate records efficiently.
Proficiency in HR software and database management for record-keeping.
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential employee data.
Strong analytical skills to interpret immigration law updates.
Availability to work onsite near JNTU Metro Station in Hyderabad.
