As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing technical talent for a variety of roles across the United States. You will utilize job portals and professional networks to identify qualified candidates, conduct preliminary interviews, and manage the submission process. Your goal will be to align top-tier IT talent with our clients' technical requirements while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Key Requirements
0.6 to 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Familiarity with US hiring processes and the full recruitment lifecycle.
Skilled in sourcing candidates through job portals like Dice, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Understanding of technical roles such as Java Developer, .NET, and Data Science.
Ability to conduct initial phone screenings and assess technical qualifications.
Effective communication skills for interacting with US-based candidates and clients.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate flow.
Willingness to work night shifts (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST).
Strong negotiation skills for discussing salary expectations and contract terms.
Knowledge of different US visa regulations and their impact on hiring.
