OPT RECRUITER @ TEK NINJAS
We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter to lead our efforts in sourcing and placing talented students on student visas. Based in Madhapur, Hyderabad, this onsite position is critical for expanding our consultant database. The role involves working night shifts to effectively communicate with candidates and universities across various US time zones.
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire pipeline of OPT/CPT candidates, from initial sourcing to final placement. You will leverage your deep understanding of US immigration rules to guide candidates through their career paths while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Your expertise will help TEK NINJAS maintain its reputation as a premier provider of talent in the US IT market.

Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience specifically in OPT recruitment.
Strong expertise in sourcing OPT and CPT candidates from various US universities.
In-depth knowledge of the US education system and immigration rules related to student visas.
Ability to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates for training and placement.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases for sourcing.
Excellent screening and interviewing skills to assess candidate technical abilities.
Strong networking skills to connect with university placement cells and student groups.
Ability to guide candidates through the hiring, training, and onboarding process.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidate profiles and deadlines simultaneously.
