TEK NINJAS is seeking a motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our professional team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. This role is essential for our US staffing operations and requires a professional who is comfortable working onsite during night shifts from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of the US recruitment market and a desire to grow within a dynamic environment.
As a Bench Sales Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to market our bench consultants to prospective clients and vendors. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that candidates are placed in suitable projects while maintaining strong relationships with tier-1 vendors and implementation partners. Possible work locations for this role are centralized in the Madhapur region of Hyderabad.

Key Requirements
0.6 to 2 years of experience in bench sales recruitment.
Strong understanding of US staffing processes and tax terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.
Proven track record in marketing candidates and placing them on projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willingness to work night shifts (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST).
Proficiency in using job boards such as Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
Knowledge of various US visa types including H1B, GC, and US Citizen.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and consistently meet targets.
Experience in resume formatting and coordination of candidate interviews.
