We are seeking an experienced Epic Certified Analyst specializing in Coding, ROI, Deficiency Tracking, and Identity to join a major healthcare implementation project. This role focuses on patient identity management and EMPI conversion initiatives, requiring a professional who can manage hands-on patient data conversions, identity validation, and the resolution of duplicates and overlays. You will work closely with IT, HIM, registration, and vendor teams to ensure seamless data integration and integrity throughout the migration process. This contract opportunity is slated to start in March 2026 and is expected to last for at least 12 months, with extensions likely as the go-live is planned for Q1 2027. The position is primarily remote, offering 50% to 100% remote flexibility, with the requirement for occasional onsite travel approximately every two months. Candidates should be prepared to support the full lifecycle of the conversion, including planning, testing, execution, and post-conversion validation to maintain high standards of healthcare data management.

Epic Certification in Coding
Epic Certification in Release of Information
Epic Certification in Deficiency Tracking
Epic Certification in Identity
At least one full Epic end-to-end implementation as Deployment/Implementation Analyst
Experience with MEDITECH to Epic migration preferred
At least 3 years of Epic implementation experience
Strong design and build skills within the Epic environment
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with IT and HIM teams
Must share Epic Certificate Status from UserWeb with the resume
Experience in patient data conversions and identity validation
Proficiency in managing duplicates and overlays within EMPI systems
