HR GENERALIST @ TECHNOISLAND
TechnoIsland is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist to become a key member of our growing team in Maadi, Egypt. This hybrid role requires the successful candidate to work 2 days from the office and 3 days remotely, offering flexibility while maintaining essential in-office presence. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of Human Resources operations for approximately 30 team members, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a positive and supportive work environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting team growth and maintaining operational excellence.
The core responsibilities include hands-on management of critical HR functions such as payroll processing, handling social and medical insurance schemes, and overseeing the complete employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to effective termination processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their 2-3 years of comprehensive HR experience to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with TechnoIsland's business objectives and uphold employee satisfaction.

Key Requirements
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
Hands-on experience in Payroll management
Hands-on experience in Social insurance
Hands-on experience in Medical insurance
Hands-on experience in Hiring & onboarding procedures
Hands-on experience in Employee termination processes
Ability to manage HR operations for approximately 30 team members
Strong knowledge of relevant national labor laws and regulations (specifically Egyptian context)
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard MS Office Suite applications
