This role as an SAP QA Lead requires deep expertise in QA methodologies, test planning, and test automation practices within an SAP environment. You must establish comprehensive test documentation, including detailed test plans and traceability matrices, while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills are essential to coordinate effectively with project teams, manage resources, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements
7+ years of professional experience in Quality Management for Delivery.
7+ years of hands-on experience in Automated QA specifically using TestComplete.
Deep expertise in defining and implementing QA standards and processes.
Strong familiarity with industry frameworks such as ISTQB, CMMI, and ISO.
Proven ability to establish comprehensive test documentation including test plans and traceability matrices.
Excellent project management skills, including scoping, budgeting, and resource planning.
Demonstrated leadership in managing QA strategy and governing quality KPIs.
Exceptional stakeholder management and professional communication skills.
Experience developing risk mitigation strategies and detailed project timelines.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement in QA processes.
