Key Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering or AI roles.
Proven expertise in Python programming and related libraries.
Deep hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM).
Demonstrated experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a technical team.
In-depth knowledge of Generative AI principles and practical applications.
Ability to architect complex AI solutions from the ground up.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI services.
Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to stakeholders.
