AWS DATA ARCHITECT @ TECHDIGITAL CORPORATION
TechDigital Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Data Architect to join our dynamic team in Torrance, CA. This onsite position focuses on designing and implementing advanced data architectures and analytics platforms using AWS cloud services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing data warehousing and data lake architectures that support high-performance data engineering and real-time processing workloads. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure technical designs, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of our enterprise data assets.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire data lifecycle, including ETL/ELT orchestration, data modeling, and the maintenance of distributed systems. You will utilize infrastructure as code tools like CloudFormation and Terraform to automate environment setup and maintain high standards for security, IAM, networking, and compliance within the AWS ecosystem. Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics platforms
3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
Strong expertise in data warehousing and data lake architectures
Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling (star/snowflake schemas)
Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and orchestration tools
Solid understanding of distributed systems and big data technologies
Experience with streaming and real-time data processing
Experience with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform)
Strong knowledge of security, IAM, networking, and compliance in AWS
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
