BENCH SALES RECRUITERS (10 POSITIONS) @ TARGETPATH SOLUTIONS
TargetPath Solutions is expanding and looking for experienced Bench sales recruiters to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad, India. This role requires managing and marketing bench consultants including those on H1B, OPT, GC, and USC visas. Candidates must have a strong understanding of the US IT staffing cycle and the ability to work effectively with prime vendors, clients, and implementation partners to ensure consistent placement of our talent pool. As part of this role, you will be required to work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST to align with the US business hours. We are looking for candidates with at least one year of experience in the field; unfortunately, freshers are not eligible for this specific opening. Key Requirements
1+ years of experience in US IT Staffing (Freshers not eligible).
Strong understanding of the US IT staffing lifecycle.
Experience managing and marketing bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC).
Ability to work with prime vendors and implementation partners.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Must be able to work night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST).
Ability to source and build relationships with vendors.
Proficiency in identifying suitable requirements for bench candidates.
Proactive approach to sales and recruitment targets.
