Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a management role.
At least 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
Proven ability to manage and resolve customer service issues.
Knowledge of operational workflows and inventory control.
Ability to train and develop a team of retail associates.
Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
