The successful candidate will join a highly dynamic team focused on building scalable, secure, and high-performance card processing platforms. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of professional experience and is specifically targeted at applicants holding an H1B visa with deep expertise in the cards and payments domain. The position is primarily onsite across multiple locations within the United States, including New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Ohio (OH), Delaware (DE), Texas (TX), and Florida (FL).
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and enhancing high-throughput backend services and REST APIs using core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The role also demands proficiency in front-end development, specifically building responsive UI components using Angular or React. You will be instrumental in integrating systems with critical infrastructure such as payment gateways, authorization engines, and fraud detection systems, ensuring strict adherence to PCI-DSS and other security compliance standards. Furthermore, participation in Agile ceremonies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and providing root cause analysis and production support for critical card platform issues are expected.
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development.
Current H1B visa status is mandatory, along with previous deep experience in Cards & Payments domain.
Expert proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and developing robust REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
Proven ability to develop responsive UI components using modern frameworks like Angular or React.
Extensive experience with relational databases, including Hibernate/JPA, SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
