A significant portion of the role involves sourcing and hiring specialized roles such as IT Recruiters, Senior IT Recruiters, and Account Managers. Additionally, the HR Manager will be responsible for candidate screening, detailed coordination with hiring managers, and actively facilitating robust onboarding programs and employee engagement activities to cultivate a positive and productive work environment. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Administration, combined with proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office skills, alongside excellent communication and organizational abilities.
