Tanisha Systems is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team for an onsite role in Noida, India. This position operates during a Day Shift (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM). The ideal candidate must possess 7–12 years of progressive experience, with a mandatory background in staffing and recruitment. This role is central to managing the organization's human resources operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and effective talent acquisition strategies tailored specifically to the IT staffing sector.

The core responsibilities include managing and maintaining comprehensive employee records, developing, and implementing critical HR policies, and driving the full-cycle recruitment process. A significant portion of the role involves sourcing and hiring specialized roles such as IT Recruiters, Senior IT Recruiters, and Account Managers. Additionally, the HR Manager will be responsible for candidate screening, detailed coordination with hiring managers, and actively facilitating robust onboarding programs and employee engagement activities to cultivate a positive and productive work environment. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Administration, combined with proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office skills, alongside excellent communication and organizational abilities.
