We are actively seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Business Development Manager at the Executive Level to join a leading Food Processing/FMCG organization based in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. This is a crucial leadership role focused on driving significant growth, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. The successful candidate will assume a high-impact executive position, commanding strong decision-making authority and offering substantial long-term international exposure.
The compensation package for this role is highly competitive, offering a net pay of USD 2,000 per month, supplemented by accommodation, transport benefits, and return benefits. Candidates must possess 10–15+ years of substantial leadership experience, coupled with a robust background in financial management and business strategy development. A proven track record of successful revenue growth and market expansion, along with extensive experience working closely with senior leadership and Board members, is essential for succeeding in this challenging but rewarding environment.
