SENIOR IAM & MESSAGING ENGINEER @ TALENTFISH
We are looking for a Senior IAM & Messaging Engineer to join a global organization that supports complex, enterprise-scale infrastructure. This full-time, direct-hire position is based onsite in the Chicago, IL area. In this hands-on, senior-level role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing identity and messaging solutions across hybrid environments. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the security and efficiency of our global communications and identity platforms.

You will manage Azure AD Connect, synchronization across multiple domains, and implement SSO and federation solutions like ADFS and Azure AD App Proxy. You will work closely with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and high availability of messaging services.

Key Requirements
Design and implement IAM solutions across Active Directory ecosystems.
Manage and support Azure AD / Entra ID in complex hybrid environments.
Optimize Azure AD Connect and manage synchronization across multiple domains.
Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation solutions using ADFS.
Configure and maintain Azure AD App Proxy for remote access security.
Provide senior-level technical support for global enterprise-scale messaging infrastructure.
Demonstrate expertise in managing hybrid cloud identity lifecycles.
Possess strong troubleshooting skills for directory services and authentication protocols.
Maintain documentation for architectural designs and security policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver high-availability messaging solutions.
