CONSULTANT / ASSOCIATE - TRANSACTION TAX (PRIVATE EQUITY) @ TALENT WING CONSULTANTS
Talent Wing Consultants is currently looking for a motivated Consultant or Associate to join their Transaction Tax division, specifically focused on Private Equity. This role is crucial in supporting clients through the complexities of deal-making by providing specialized tax advice and conducting rigorous analysis. The positions are based in India, with specific office locations in Bangalore and Delhi NCR. Candidates should be prepared to engage in high-level tax consulting within a fast-moving private equity environment.
In this role, you will be expected to assist in the delivery of tax due diligence and tax structuring projects. You will work with senior consultants to identify tax risks and opportunities for private equity investors throughout the deal lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience and possess the technical skills necessary to contribute to a variety of corporate tax projects. Key Requirements
At least 1 year of professional experience in tax advisory or transaction tax.
Experience working with Private Equity clients or M&A transactions.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international taxation principles.
Ability to perform detailed tax due diligence for target companies.
Knowledge of tax structuring and modeling for mergers and acquisitions.
Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in professional English communication, both written and oral.
Capability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
