Talent Wing Consultants is urgently hiring a Backend Developer Lead to oversee complex technical projects and lead a team of talented software engineers. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of backend systems, architectural design, and modern software development practices. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building scalable, robust systems that support high-performance applications and drive technological innovation within the organization. Possible work locations for this position include Bhopal, Vadodara, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Noida. Candidates must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and maintenance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design APIs, and optimize server-side logic for maximum speed and scalability.
Key Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in backend software development.
Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex software projects.
Expertise in designing and building scalable backend architectures and RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in server-side languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Go.
Strong experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL, as well as NoSQL solutions.
In-depth knowledge of system design principles and microservices architecture.
Experience with cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
