The successful candidate will work within a structured RIA environment, providing expert advice on mutual funds, equity, ETFs, and global products. Responsibilities include portfolio restructuring and goal-based planning for High Net Worth Individuals (HNI). Key Requirements
NISM XA/XB Certification (Mandatory)
1–3 years experience in financial planning or wealth advisory
Strong knowledge of mutual funds, equity, ETFs, debt, and global products
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Comfort with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) conversations
RIA-compliant advisory mindset
CFP or CWM certification is a strong advantage
Ability to build holistic financial plans including cash flows and retirement modeling
Skills in portfolio restructuring and asset allocation
Excellent communication skills to explain finance in simple human language
