We are looking for a Junior Network Engineer to support daily network operations and assist in maintaining stable and secure network systems for our client in Singapore. This role is ideal for a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who is eager to grow their technical skills in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include assisting in the configuration of network devices and resolving basic connectivity issues to ensure seamless business operations. As a Junior Network Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineering staff on significant projects and infrastructure upgrades. You will be tasked with maintaining accurate network documentation and utilizing monitoring tools to identify potential system issues. A basic understanding of routing and switching is required, and a CCNA certification is highly preferred to succeed in this collaborative team setting.
Key Requirements
3–5 years of relevant network support experience in a professional environment.
Basic understanding of routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools for incident resolution.
Relevant certification like CCNA is highly preferred.
Must be a Singapore PR or Local Singapore Citizen.
Experience in assisting with the configuration and maintenance of network devices.
Ability to monitor systems and resolve basic connectivity issues efficiently.
Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate network documentation.
Proactive attitude to work closely with senior engineers on projects and upgrades.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills for technical support tasks.
