OPT RECRUITERS @ TALENT SMART
Talent Smart is seeking experienced OPT Recruiters to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The position is based in Kavuri Hills, Madhapur, and requires candidates to work onsite from day one. This role is specifically designed for the night shift, operating from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST to support US-based recruitment operations. We provide comprehensive facilities including a drop service for female employees and food facilities for all staff members. The role focuses on identifying, sourcing, and placing candidates under OPT and CPT status within the US IT market. Candidates will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The primary work locations for this role are Kavuri Hills and Madhapur, with proximity to Jubilee Hills. Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in OPT recruitment or US IT staffing.
A mandatory Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven expertise in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster.
Thorough understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and visa types.
Ability to work the night shift consistently from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
Ability to meet monthly placement targets and KPIs.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
Experience in candidate screening and initial interviewing.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and implementation partners.
