Key Requirements
MBA degree in Human Resources or a related field (Freshers are welcome).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and recruitment cycles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
Ability to screen resumes and identify qualified candidates for specific roles.
Willingness to manage employee onboarding and coordinate orientation activities.
Capability to maintain and update accurate HR records and documentation.
A positive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Ability to support and facilitate corporate training and development programs.
