Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in accounting.
Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within a finance department.
In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and financial forecasting.
Strong skills in budgeting and financial resource management.
Proven ability to mentor, lead, and develop a professional accounting team.
High proficiency in accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
