Key duties include managing CRM data, generating performance reports, and providing critical administrative support to Sales and Account Managers. The position requires a professional who is comfortable working US shift hours to align with international clients. In addition to core operational tasks, you will be responsible for gathering client feedback and coordinating events to maintain high levels of service satisfaction. Key Requirements
