You will work closely with a US-based team that bridges the gap between iconic global brands and top-tier talent within the hospitality, fashion, events, and retail industries. Key duties include managing CRM data, generating performance reports, and providing critical administrative support to Sales and Account Managers. The position requires a professional who is comfortable working US shift hours to align with international clients. In addition to core operational tasks, you will be responsible for gathering client feedback and coordinating events to maintain high levels of service satisfaction. Key Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in sales support, client services, or operations.
Direct experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship management skills.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot or Salesforce.
Willingness to work full-time onsite at IBP Tower, Ortigas Center.
Ability to work US shift hours consistently.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage deals, track pipelines, and generate accurate reports.
Experience in coordinating events and gathering client insights.
