Syvera is an early-stage cybersecurity startup based in Noida, currently assembling its founding engineering team to build a next-generation AI-native Cloud and Data Risk Intelligence Platform. This platform aims to redefine enterprise security by combining CNAPP, DSPM, AI governance, attack path intelligence, and financial risk quantification. The role involves working directly with the founders to architect core capabilities, including cloud posture analysis and multi-cloud connectors for major providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
As a Founding Security Engineer, you will be responsible for building detection logic, implementing sensitive data discovery, and developing graph-based models to detect lateral movement. You will also contribute to AI Security Posture Management (AI-SPM) and help build security-aware AI copilots. This hands-on position offers high ownership, founding team equity (ESOP), and the opportunity to shape the future of cloud and AI security at a cutting-edge startup. The work location for this role is in Noida.

Key Requirements
4–8+ years in cybersecurity or cloud security engineering roles.
Proven experience working in product companies or security-focused platforms.
Strong familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP security configurations.
In-depth knowledge of threat modeling, IAM, and CSPM concepts.
Proficiency in Python programming and handling API integrations.
Experience with distributed systems and graph-based databases.
Understanding of data security, PII classification, and secrets discovery.
Ability to develop graph-based models for risk scoring and attack path analysis.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO27001.
Interest in AI/LLM security and building AI-driven remediation logic.
