RPA DEVELOPER @ SYSTEM ONE
This is a direct hire opportunity for an RPA Developer to support the Air Combat Command at Langley AFB in Hampton, VA. You will lead workflow discovery, build rapid prototypes in 2–4 week cycles, and deploy bots across NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments to streamline Air Force operations. This role is ideal for technical professionals looking to upgrade their security clearance from Secret to TS/SCI while working with industry-leading automation tools like UiPath and Power Automate.
The position requires on-site presence at Langley AFB. While specific UiPath or Microsoft certifications are flexible for candidates with relevant experience, the successful applicant must have or be able to obtain a CompTIA Security+ certification within 30 days of their hire date. You will work in a mission-critical environment, ensuring that automated processes are robust, secure, and highly efficient to support national defense initiatives.

Key Requirements
Proven experience with UiPath automation software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate.
Ability to lead workflow discovery and process mapping sessions.
Experience building rapid prototypes within 2–4 week cycles.
Ability to deploy bots across NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments.
Must currently possess an active Secret clearance.
Must be eligible and willing to undergo an upgrade to TS/SCI clearance.
