ORACLE FUSION A2R TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL ARCHITECT (PPM | PROJECT GRANTS | FIXED ASSETS) @ SYMANTEQ SOFTTECH
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion A2R Techno-Functional Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and delivery across PPM, Project Grants, and Fixed Assets. This role is a hands-on position requiring deep expertise across Oracle SaaS and PaaS ecosystems, particularly focused on integrations and complex data migrations. The architect will be responsible for bridging the gap between functional requirements and technical execution to deliver robust enterprise solutions. In addition to technical leadership, the candidate will oversee reporting strategies using OTBI and BI Publisher, ensuring high-quality data visibility for stakeholders.
As a lead architect, you will utilize your 15+ years of IT experience to manage large-scale data uploads, mapping, and transformations using tools like FBDI and ADFDI. You will also design integrations using OIC and REST/SOAP APIs, while potentially leveraging advanced tools such as VBCS and AI Agents. This role involves significant stakeholder management and communication, requiring an individual who can translate business needs into technical architectures effectively. Candidates must hold an Oracle SaaS PPM Certification and have a strong background in Oracle EBS modules including Project Costing and Billing.

Key Requirements
15+ years of overall IT experience
6–8 years of experience in Oracle SaaS Cloud specializing in PPM, Project Grants, and Fixed Assets
Strong background in Oracle EBS including Project Costing, Billing, and Capex
Expertise in SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher Reports
Hands-on experience with FBDI, ADFDI, OIC, UCM, and REST/SOAP APIs
Proven experience in data migration, mapping, and large-scale uploads
Mandatory Oracle SaaS PPM Certification
Knowledge of ATP, OIC integrations, and data transformations
Familiarity with VBCS, Postman, and Agent Studio
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to lead solution design
