We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electric Motor Design Engineer to join our team in Pune, specifically at our Baner location. This role is central to our efforts in the EV and Automotive industry, focusing on the design and development of advanced propulsion systems. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of electric motor technologies, including PMSM, BLDC, and Induction Motors, to drive innovation in our powertrain solutions. The candidate must be prepared to handle electromagnetic and thermal analysis to ensure the efficiency and durability of our motor designs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive electromagnetic and thermal analyses using industry-standard tools such as ANSYS Motor CAD and Maxwell. With a requirement of 7 to 10 years of experience, we are looking for a professional who can navigate the complexities of EV motor design and contribute to the growth of the electric vehicle sector. The salary for this position ranges from ₹10 to ₹15 LPA, negotiable based on expertise and experience. We prefer candidates who can join immediately or within a 45-day notice period to support our ongoing projects and production timelines.

Key Requirements
B.E / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering.
7 to 10 years of professional experience in electric motor design.
Deep technical expertise in PMSM, BLDC, and Induction Motors.
Proficiency in ANSYS Motor CAD and Maxwell software for simulation.
Hands-on experience in Electromagnetic and Thermal Analysis.
Proven track record in the EV Powertrain or Electric Vehicle domain.
Strong understanding of automotive industry standards for motor components.
Ability to work effectively at the Baner, Pune location.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for motor optimization.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and thermal management.
Strong communication skills for presenting technical findings and reports.
