COMBUSTION EQUIPMENT ENGINEER @ SUNWELLS INDIA
The Combustion Equipment Engineer position is a specialized role focused on the design and engineering of advanced combustion systems utilized in Oil & Gas and Energy Plants. The candidate will be responsible for executing precise strength calculations and process designs while preparing comprehensive manufacturing and procurement specifications. This role requires a high degree of technical expertise to ensure that all equipment meets the rigorous safety and performance standards of large-scale energy projects.
In addition to technical design work, the engineer will manage vendor relations through technical evaluations of quotations and meticulous drawing reviews. Success in this role depends on effective coordination with external customers, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams. The candidate will also provide essential support during the commissioning and maintenance phases of plant operations. Key Requirements
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience in combustion equipment engineering.
Mandatory JLPT N2 level proficiency in the Japanese language.
Business level proficiency in English for international communication.
Proven experience in energy plant or petrochemical project environments.
Strong background in design and engineering of combustion systems for Oil & Gas.
Expertise in performing strength calculations and process design tasks.
Ability to prepare detailed manufacturing and procurement specifications.
Competency in technical evaluation of vendor quotations and drawing reviews.
Excellent coordination skills to work with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Ability to provide hands-on commissioning and maintenance support for equipment.
