SALESFORCE SALES EXECUTIVE @ SUMA SOFT PVT. LTD.
Suma Soft Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a high‑performing Salesforce Sales Executive who can hit the ground running and deliver results from day one. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end sales of various Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You are expected to bring an active, qualified pipeline and convert opportunities within the first 90 days of joining the team. This position requires a proactive professional who can build strong relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and business leaders to facilitate long-term business growth.
You will collaborate closely with pre‑sales and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs while achieving quarterly and annual sales targets. The role is a permanent, full-time position based in Pune, requiring a work-from-office commitment. The working hours are scheduled from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday. Key Requirements
3–5 years of IT/software sales experience.
Minimum 2+ years of specialized experience in Salesforce sales.
Proven ability to close Salesforce deals with short sales cycles.
Strong network of Salesforce prospects and decision-makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hunter mindset with strong closure ability.
Ability to drive end-to-end sales of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience collaborating with pre-sales and delivery teams.
Track record of building relationships with CXOs and IT leaders.
Ability to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets consistently.
Availability to work from the Pune office during standard shifts.
Proficiency in crafting tailored technical solutions for clients.
