SENIOR TALENT SOLUTIONS AGENT EXECUTIVE (5 TO 10 POSITIONS) @ STRATIFYIQ
StratifyIQ is expanding its team and is looking for dedicated Senior Talent Solutions Agent Executives to work remotely from the Philippines. This role is designed for experienced Sales Development Representatives and Business Development Representatives who are comfortable in a high-intensity outbound sales environment. You will be responsible for engaging Human Resources and Talent Acquisition leaders, requiring a high level of professional communication and persistence. The position emphasizes clear daily activity expectations and requires a disciplined approach to reaching sales targets. Candidates will be expected to handle high-volume outbound calling, aiming for 100 or more calls per day. In addition to calling, the role involves data cleanup and active management of CRM systems to ensure all prospecting information is accurate and up-to-date. You will have access to AI-powered prospecting tools and are expected to be proficient in systems like Outreach.io and HubSpot. We are looking to bring on 5 to 10 new team members who thrive in structured environments and are motivated by outbound success.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative.
Ability to make 100+ outbound calls per day consistently.
Strong communication skills to engage Human Resources and Talent Acquisition leaders.
Proficiency in data cleanup and maintaining CRM data integrity.
Familiarity with AI-powered prospecting tools and sales technology.
Practical experience using platforms like Outreach.io or HubSpot.
Ability to work in a structured sales environment with clear daily expectations.
Strong self-discipline and time management skills for a remote role.
Demonstrated capability in high-volume outbound prospecting.
Resilience and a results-driven attitude towards cold outreach.
