OPT RECRUITER (5 POSITIONS) @ STRATEDGE IT CONSULTING
Stratedge IT Consulting is seeking an experienced OPT Recruiter to join our team in Nizampet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a specific focus on handling OPT, CPT, and STEM candidates. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals, screening resumes to meet client specifications, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role requires working during US business hours (Night Shift) to coordinate effectively with candidates and vendors.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of US IT recruitment experience
Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, STEM & H1B processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Experience working in night shift (US timings preferred)
Immediate joiners preferred
Ability to source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
Proficiency in screening and evaluating technical resumes
Skill in maintaining candidate pipelines and regular follow-ups
Capacity to coordinate interviews with candidates and vendors
