HR EXECUTIVE – RECRUITMENT (1 POSITION) @ STARTEK
Startek is seeking a passionate and driven HR Executive for Recruitment to join our team in Lucknow. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting high-quality candidates to meet our organizational needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent and ensure a seamless flow from the initial application to the final offer stage. Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 CTC.
Beyond sourcing, you will handle interview scheduling and manage all administrative aspects of recruitment data. This includes maintaining detailed reports and ensuring that every candidate has a positive and professional experience. Ideal candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to HR best practices. The role is based at 16, Mira Bai Marg, Hazratganj, Lucknow.

Key Requirements
MBA in HR (Mandatory requirement)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and candidate handling abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Capability to schedule interviews and coordinate with various hiring managers
Proficiency in maintaining recruitment data and generating detailed reports
Commitment to ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work on-site at the Lucknow office location
Proficiency in basic computer applications and HR software
