Star Petroleum Refining Public Company Limited (SPRC) is seeking a seasoned Communication Specialist to bolster its corporate communications and engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading both internal and external communication strategies, ensuring that all messaging is consistent with the company's brand and overarching business objectives. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate Affairs, the role is pivotal in maintaining the company's reputation, managing crisis communications, and fostering strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include managing media relations, organizing corporate events, and supporting leadership with high-level messaging. The specialist will also play a crucial role in driving employee engagement across the organization, creating a cohesive and informed workforce. While based in Rayong, the role requires a flexible professional willing to travel outside of Bangkok to support various industrial and corporate activities. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related fields
Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or media relations
Strong experience working with executives and cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent Thai communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in media relations, crisis communications, or industrial environments
Willingness to travel outside Bangkok as required
Demonstrated ability to lead internal and external communication strategies
Proven experience in supporting leadership messaging and executive presence
Strong organizational skills for managing corporate events and PR activities
